The panel is based on wood fibers in the form of kraft paper, which is pressed, hardened, and mixed with artificial resin, then topped with a decorative surface made from colored decor paper and laminated on the outer sides. Due to this construction, Walltec facade panels are sealed both in the core and on the surface. As a result, moisture and living organisms cannot penetrate the panel, and the edges do not need to be sealed or treated after cutting.

Walltec maintenance-free facade panels are highly color-stable, and a 10 year product warranty is provided, along with a 10 year warranty on color fastness.

Design or Shape

The panels are supplied as standard in a thickness of 6 mm and a size of
1300 x 3050 mm. Other thicknesses and dimensions can be ordered.
We offer cutting and pre-drilling of screw holes as required.

Primary weatherproofing layer in ventilated facade constructions.
Usable in all heights. Can also be used as a decorative interior
panel where there are high moisture requirements.

Environment

In our production of maintenance-free facade cladding, all necessary procedures are used to ensure the best environmental performance and sustainability.
For example, at least 20% recycled paper is used in the production of laminate, and all other materials are sourced exclusively from FSC-certified producers.

Note: All panels are supplied in the production format and must generally be cut to size. They are produced and delivered in accordance with EN 438-2.
In the production format, there may be rough-cut edges, and they cannot be expected to be at a perfect angle according to EN 438-2.

Appearance

The surface and color will be affected by UV light and the general environment/weather when installed outdoors. Color variations may occur from the original color after several years. After accelerated climate testing, simulating 10 years of UV light exposure, the colors are still assessed to level 4-5 on a gray scale according to DS/EN 20105-A02:1994.
